Countering WMD
Toeroek was the first small business selected to provide direct support to the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Our subject matter experts are embedded in the J-5 Combating WMD Division providing direct expertise to the Joint Staff countering and combating WMD issues. Toeroek assists in the development of country-specific nonproliferation and interdiction strategies in support of NSPD-20.

Nuclear Weapons Stockpile Planning
Toeroek researches, analyzes, and provides key input to the Annual Nuclear Weapons Stockpile Memorandum Requirements Planning Document. These inputs are critical to the NWC Chairman's Annual Report to Congress (CARC), the Annual Report on Stockpile Assessments (ROSA), and the annual Joint Surety Report (JSR).

Stability/Complex Operations
Toeroek provides direct support to the Joint Staff, J-5 division in Stability Operations. These efforts include building partnership capacity (BPC) and strategic communication (SC) across the DoD.

CWMD briefings
For DTRA's efforts to sustain and renew the operational nuclear intellectual infrastructure needed to support the nuclear and WMD response/deterrence mission, Toeroek prepares and delivers briefings on WMD issues and dual-use nuclear technology to the war colleges and federal law enforcement agencies.

Biosafety and biosecurity in the former FSU republics
Toeroek provided expertise in biosafety and biosecurity to DTRA's Threat Reduction Support Center (TRSC) in Alexandria, Virginia. At the TRSC, Toeroek developed a cutting-edge, integrated Biosurety program in support of the U.S. Department of Defense Cooperative Threat Reduction Program objectives in the former Soviet Union.

Foreign weapons program development capability analysis
Toeroek provides the DoD with analyses of nuclear proliferation activities and foreign nuclear weapon development programs.

Geospatial intelligence analysis at GISC
Toeroek performs geospatial intelligence analysis for STRATCOM at the Global Innovation and Strategy Center where we develop new geospatial products from all-source intelligence data and integrate multiple GIS datasets and products.

WMD policy development
Toeroek provides DTRA with expertise in WMD policy development that applies to safeguarding the nation's warfighters.
