Starting in 1993 when Donna Toeroek won a contract to work on a Phase I Environmental Assessment, we have built our reputation by proactively solving our client’s problems with the highest quality technical staff. Since that first contract, we have become a leading small business contractor for EPA and other federal and state agencies and have grown our environmental expertise in remediation, site characterization, mining site investigations, and content management. In 2002, Toeroek began providing DoD with specialized services in the emerging field of Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction, and today, our National Security staff support multiple DoD Agencies in CWMD and Arms Control.
