In late 2018, Toeroek was awarded one EPA prime contract for Environmental Services and Operations (ESO) in CLIN 2 (EPA Regions 4, 5, 6, and 7) and two EPA prime contracts in RCRA Enforcement, Permitting and Assistance (REPA). Toeroek’s REPA contracts cover EPA Regions 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10. All three contracts are multi-award IDIQ vehicles with highly qualified competitors in our field. The January government shutdown delayed task order proposals from EPA, but since April 2019, Toeroek has seen a steady flow of task order proposals for bid. Our environmental team continues to work hard in responding to these task order opportunities, and Toeroek has already been awarded several REPA task orders under the new vehicles.
