Tasks range from technical reviews of ecological and human health risk assessments to predictive modeling and evaluation of fate and transport of contaminants in the environment. The objective is to help the government make informed decisions about cleanup requirements ensuring protection of human health and the environment. Field oversight is also provided, confirming cleanup work is being implemented in accordance with the final versions of the documents reviewed.
