Continuously identified process improvements and developed unique IT innovations that increased throughput and accuracy, resulting in cost savings to EPA, including: developed 14 specialized databases and programs, now used on all other contracts, which increased efficiency and saved cost. Toeroek indexed more than 100,000 documents annually, increased efficiency by 300%; scanned and uploaded 3.5 million pages into EPA database, with an increase of 265% from the year before. Electronic content, which was previously printed to paper, was captured directly into PDF, improving searchable information and cost.
