Toeroek conducts comprehensive PRP search investigations for federal and state agencies. We collect and assess information about the histories of hazardous waste sites to support the government’s efforts to identify and recover cleanup costs from parties liable for site contamination.
We have performed more than 2,000 projects requiring PRP search-related investigations at Superfund and other hazardous waste sites and drafted over 500 formal PRP Search Reports for sites in 30 states. Investigations are performed on a wide variety of sites, including sites with area-wide groundwater contamination, mining sites, landfills, PFAS manufacturing sites, and large and small industrial sites.
