Ability to Pay Analysis

Toeroek assists regulators in assessing the financial ability of potentially responsible parties to pay response costs, perform work or pay another party to perform work at a hazardous waste site, or meet any other potential or accrued Superfund liability. We are also experienced in completing the formal review of a PRP’s ability to pay (ATP) response costs using EPA’s Enforcement Economic Models. Using BEN, ABEL, MUNIPAY, and INDIPAY, Toeroek reviews and inputs tax return and financial data submitted by corporate and individual PRPs into these models.
