The Naval Treaty Implementation Program (NTIP) provides comprehensive arms control treaty support to Navy and Marine Corps commanding officers, program managers, senior leaders, and decision-makers. NTIP serves as the Department of Navy’s lead in all matters relating to implementation and compliance.
